XBSY Launches Its First Plugging and Sealing Equipment

Recently, XBSY's first plugging and sealing system, specifically designed for plug and seal slurry preparation and transportation, and integrated with multiple core technologies, has been officially launched.

Recently, our company's technical engineers have dedicated four months to research and development, combining the most essential technologies and advanced manufacturing processes, and successfully launched the plugging and sealing equipment, which has been delivered to our clients. This equipment is designed to significantly enhance project production efficiency for our customers.

System Features

  • Power Delivery Module: After the plug and seal slurry is prepared, it can be powered by a plunger pump. The slurry is then pumped through pressure-resistant pipelines, drill rig standpipes, and other components, delivering the plug and seal slurry directly into the drilling tool according to the set flow rate.
  • Mixing and Slurry Preparation Module: The mixing and slurry preparation module enables the rapid and uniform incorporation of the plug and seal materials into the base slurry. It facilitates quick and efficient mixing to ensure a homogeneous slurry mixture.
  • Lifting and Transport Module: This module primarily refers to the lifting capability of the equipment base. It is designed to support and accommodate various devices from other modules, allowing for easy lifting and transportation. During the plug and seal construction, the module is placed directly on the wellsite ground and kept level for optimal performance.
  • Integrated Control Module: This module is responsible for controlling all electric-driven devices such as plunger pumps, motors, and lighting systems. It enables the start/stop or switch of these devices and integrates other functions that require automatic control, such as liquid level sensors and electric butterfly valves at the sand pump inlet.
  • Quick preparation of plug and seal slurry, rapid and thorough mixing, on-demand preparation, and improved efficiency in slurry preparation.
  • Independent pumping of plug and seal slurry, resulting in minimal residual slurry and cost savings in plug and seal operations.
  • Convenient transportation, enabling rapid movement between the base and wellsite, as well as between different wellsite locations.
